Returns Policy

All items unless otherwise mentioned are eligible to be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in perfect conditions, returned in the original packaging. 

Return by Mail

To return an item you purchased through the Site, please follow:

1. Send an email to sales@shopalbertopr.com and indicate the reason(s) for the return and whether you wish to exchange the item or to receive a credit in the amount you paid for the item.

2. Once RA# is received, please include in the package and follow instructions provided in the email to ensure that your return is shipped to the proper return address. Customers will be responsible for all the shipping of returned merchandise.

3. You will receive an email once return has been processed.

Return in Store

Alternatively, you may return an item purchased through the Site in store for an exchange, or credit or pursuant to these Terms of Sale. Please make sure to bring a copy of the receipt for Proof of Purchase.

 

Terms of Returns

• Shipping charges are non refundable.
• Products marked as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
• Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.
